There is no cost to any church wishing to participate. We are simply trying to make it easier for churches to learn from our experiences and thereby help other communities experience God's presence. We list participating churches so that they can also help other nearby churches making a larger impact for Christ.
There is no cost for anyone seeking prayers.
4 is recommended since there will always have someone missing due to doctor appointments, etc.
Make plans to handle situations where the client may stay in the car or come into the tent. But ensure there is a safe place for them to park and only have 3 people max pray with them at the car so as not to overwhelm them.
It is totally up to the Holy Spirit on how long it takes but we try to not have more than 3 people pray over them at one time.
Of course, we are open to anyone and everyone. It will give us a chance to tell them how good God truly is and that He loves them. We never really know how mature in the faith someone is so ready to tell them the gospel should they allow it.
We have prayed over many children who have come into the tent.
On the question of youth or children leading prayer realize that having youth or children praying over adults may or may not be appropriate, especially for more mature request such as martial problems or harassment issues, etc. Since we never know the prayer request beforehand you may consider having youth pray separately from the person coming into the tent. It would be for their protection from topics that they are not able to comprehend.
